The scheme was to demolish an existing detached garage and provide a larger integral garage with rear utility room plus two additional bedrooms with ensuite bathroom above.

The finished project blended seamlessly into the original house whilst adding much needed kitchen utility space and bedrooms, saving the client additional cost and inconvenience of moving to a larger house.
